Calibration work

Calculate conformity decisions

Apply the frozen decision rule to current measurement and uncertainty evidence.

Calibration work For Quality manager, Calibration manager, Calibration engineer

Calculate conformity decisions

Dedicated conformity workspace showing the controlled decision evidence
Tolerance, uncertainty, guard band, acceptance limits, and outcome remain connected.

Conformity explains why a measurement passed, failed, was indeterminate, or was not evaluated.

Calculate decisions

  1. Save the required measurements.
  2. Complete the required uncertainty evidence.
  3. Open Conformity decision from the calibration hub.
  4. Confirm the controlled decision-rule revision.
  5. Calculate and review each point and stage.
  6. Resolve blockers and acknowledge authorised warnings where applicable.

Metra freezes the evaluated value, tolerance, uncertainty, guard band, acceptance limits, boundary policy, result, rationale, and controlled rule revision when the event is submitted.

If source measurements or uncertainty change, recalculate conformity before submission. The Metra readiness response identifies stale evidence and the next action.
