Record accreditation and traceability evidence

Accreditation belongs to the approved calibration evidence supporting a standard, not permanently to the equipment profile.

Record the accreditation status, scheme, body, accreditation number, provider, scope, effective dates, verification details, and notes against the supporting calibration and certificate.

An accredited claim requires structured accreditation information. Other statuses remain visible as traceable non-accredited, not accredited, unknown, or not applicable.

The current standard page projects evidence from the latest effective approved calibration. Historical calibration events retain the exact calibration revision, certificate version, checksum, and accreditation snapshot used at submission.

If a certificate is replaced later, the earlier retained version remains part of the historical chain.
