Conformity decision status reference

OutcomeMeaning
PassThe frozen result satisfies the exact controlled acceptance logic.
FailThe frozen result does not satisfy the exact controlled acceptance logic.
IndeterminateThe approved rule explicitly defines a region where no binary statement is made.
Not evaluatedRequired controlled inputs or an applicable approved rule are absent. This is not a conformity statement.

The interface always displays a text label and symbol; colour is supplementary. Review the rationale and intervals rather than relying on colour.

The aggregate event result is produced by Metra policy from required point-and-stage outcomes. It cannot be manually changed to contradict its contributing decisions.

Historical results retain their exact revisions and hashes. Changes to current tolerances, measurements, uncertainty budgets, or decision rules do not recalculate approved work.
