Create from due calibrations

Use Create from due calibrations to group a reviewed selection of upcoming or overdue calibration requirements. Metra uses the same authoritative due-status calculation as the dashboard; AI is not used to group or assign the work.

  1. Open Work orders, select Create work order, then choose Find due calibrations. This option searches the authoritative due list using the filters you provide; it does not create or reserve work during the preview.
  2. Filter by site, location, equipment category, due status or due-date range.
  3. Preview the candidates. The stable order is due date, equipment identity and requirement name.
  4. Select the requirements to include.
  5. Enter the order title and dates, then review person, team and item-level assignments.
  6. Confirm the order.

The preview excludes requirements already planned in a non-terminal order. Metra rechecks versions, due status, assignment eligibility and duplicate planning when you confirm, so a stale preview may need to be refreshed.
