Save and reuse an asset import profile

After reviewing a mapping, enter a profile name and select Save profile. Profiles belong to the current organisation and retain their own versioned mapping, source locator, defaults and create-missing policies.

For another file from the same source, choose the profile in the mapping workspace and select Apply profile. Review any source-column differences: renamed, missing or moved headings can indicate profile drift. Always save the current mapping and run a new full validation before confirming the import.

Archive obsolete profiles from Data Import > Import profiles. Archival prevents future use without changing historical imports that recorded an earlier profile revision.
