Record repeated observations

Capture the raw readings used to derive a Type A repeatability contribution.

Calibration work For Quality manager, Calibration manager, Calibration engineer

Record repeated observations

Open the applicable point in Measurement uncertainty and find its Type A repeated component. Add every observation in the point's canonical unit, preserving the order collected.

The service retains the raw observations and derives the mean, sample standard deviation, standard uncertainty of the mean, and n - 1 degrees of freedom. Insufficient observations produce a blocking finding.

Do not enter a pre-calculated repeatability result in place of the readings unless the controlled budget explicitly uses a Type A entered component.

Saved observations remain linked to the fixed component result and stable component ID. Evidence records the original decimal string, unit, sequence, recording membership record ID, and timestamp. Three-decimal website formatting is presentation only.
