Dossier reference

An ISO/IEC 17025 dossier freezes a client or internal-site scope, reporting period, requirements template, and evidence selection into a controlled revision.

Evidence modes

Use evidence_mode to choose the evidence population:

  • approved_only includes final approved evidence.
  • include_non_final also includes relevant draft, rejected, or awaiting-review work where supported.

The selected mode is frozen on submission. There is no separate legacy boolean controlling non-final work.

Equipment placement

Dossier scope is resolved from equipment deployment history. Equipment is included when its deployment overlaps the selected client, site, and reporting period, even if it later moved or became unassigned. Missing deployment history is treated as invalid data rather than reconstructed from a current equipment field.

Revisions

Submitting freezes scope and evidence selection. Later source changes require a new dossier revision; they do not silently alter an existing submitted dossier.
